Coaching Services

Payment Terms

All payments for coaching services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through various methods, including credit card, cash and Paypal

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment we make to your success, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled.

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or business information without your consent, except as required by law.

All materials provided during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to written content, videos, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Shields Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shields Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services purchased
